CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure the smooth scheduling of our mobile dog grooming services, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.
If an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or if you are not present at the scheduled appointment time (no-show), a no-show fee equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service will be applied.
