  • How long does it take to groom my dog?

    Times vary between 30 to 120 minutes . All depends on your pets condition and behavior. 

  • Do you cut their nails?

    Yes, we actually Dremel their nails to make sure we get all the sharp points off and get them as short as possible. 

  • Do you brush their teeth?

    Yes, we can do that for an additional charge. Or in our deluxe or premium package.


  • Do you do anal glands?

    Yes, we do for an additional charge

  • Do you groom cats?

    No, we don’t. The owner‘s name is Kitty. That’s why it’s called Kitty’s Dog Spa. 


  • What is extra care?

    In order to groom, a pet safely that needs a muzzle or is aggressive or has anxiety or can’t stand for long periods of time. An extra care charge will apply. We never want to rush a groom if your pet needs extra care. This allows your pet to be safe and have a positive experience.


  • Do you groom, dogs that need medication to help them for the groom?

    Yes, we do but you are responsible for giving them the medicine. We will not give any medicine to the dogs. 


  • Do you groom big dogs?

    We try to keep the weight limit between 45 to 60 pounds depending on the dog


  • What vaccines do you require?

    We know each pet has different needs we let you make that decision of what vaccines you give your pet since this is a one on one grooming session. We also accept pets that are vaccine exempt due to health issues.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept cash and credit cards 

  • Can I tip my groomer?

    Absolutely, you can add gratuity when paying with a credit card or you can tip with cash. Tips are very much appreciated.

  • Why do you charge more than a traditional salon or other mobiles?

    With over 22 years of experience, a fully equipped custom grooming trailer, consistently rising inflation, excellent customer service. We are a luxury Service. 

  • Why do you charge a service fee and is this per stop or per pet?

    This charge is per stop and helps us to combat the rising cost of supplies, insurance and maintenance and other factors that go into running a successful luxury business. Also so we can maintain the best quality service that you and your pet deserve. 

  • Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?

    Unfortunately, we do not. 

Appointments & Scheduling

  • What are your hours?

    At the moment we are booking appointments on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 9-4. 

  • What’s the easiest way to contact you?

    By texting us at 970-674-3088.


  • How do I cancel or reschedule?

    Call us or text us at 970-674-3088 and we will get back with you to confirm that cancellation or reschedule. Please note that if we do not get 48 hours notice you will be charged the service fee. If you are canceling an appointment on Tuesday, we would appreciate to be notified on Friday to give us time to fill that spot.

  • Do you require a certain amount of time to cancel the appointment?

    Yes, we require 48 hours notice or you will be charged your service fee. 


  • Why can’t I get someone on the phone?

    We are busy working with the dogs, but if you leave us a message or text us, we will get back with you as soon as we can. 970-674-3088 is the best number. 

  • What happens if I leave a message or text you when you are closed?

    We will return your text or call usually at the end of the day the next business day.  Our hours are Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays between 9-4. 


  • Why do my reminder text come from a different phone number?

    The phone number that you get the Reminders from is a generated phone number from our booking system. You can respond back to those text messages, but it’s easier to text us at 970-674-3088


  • Do you offer one time appointments?

    Unfortunately, at this time we do not. We require all dogs to stay on a regular pre-booked schedule between 2 to 6 weeks. 


  • Will I receive a reminder about my appointment?

    Yes, we send out reminders four days before the appointment two days before the appointment if we don’t get a confirmation and the day of your appointment. But ultimately, you are in charge of remembering your appointment sometimes there are computer has glitches, and the reminders don’t go out so don’t rely 100% on the reminders.

Parking and Truck Questions

  • Do you need to use my water or electricity?

    No, our trailer comes fully stocked with water and batteries to run the trailer. The batteries help keep the noise down versus a loud generator. 

  • Where do you park?

    We will park in front of your house. We do need about 45 feet of space to accommodate the truck and trailer. If you have concerns about parking, please let us know.

  • Do you have heat and air conditioning?

    Yes, we have both of them

Other General Questions

  • What areas do you service?

    We service Windsor, Timnath, and Severance. 


  • Can I stay and watch?

    Because we work with animals and you never know how they will react. We would love for you to watch us, but pets can get excited when they see their owners and that can result in injury. groomers use sharp tools while styling the pets and pets that move around the grooming table are at higher risk of getting injured. We want the grooming to be safe for your dog. 


  • What vaccines do you require?
